it reminds me of Kafka, but I can't make sense of the last four lines. And the rhyme?

Anna thanks for reading. As for your questions & confusion - I would love to help but don't know where to begin. I will try---
an English Sonnet Rhyme scheme abab cdcd efef gg.
The closing lines respond in some way to the presentation developed in the first 12 lines.
Please first try to discover the meanings of all the words in use to determine what they say. (I have inverted phrases from simple grammatical form to suit my poetic needs. I hope this will be of some help if you really wish to understand. Sometimes I think you are smiling as you yank my chain. At any rate I am not going to explain it further.
I often read your work several times and use sources for info & try reading aloud & reread again & sometimes I think I understand but sometimes I am sure I don't, however it turns out, I am almost always glad for the time spent reading your work.
