Very nice thoughts, written from the heart.

I hope that special person, or your heart, soon tells you how...

LD :)

By now you know

I'm a fan of your writing, and this work does not disappoint. A bit long, could be tighter, fewer words. Some lines are longer than they need to be. But also some excellent phrasing. 'Soft summoning words', 'wildly in liking'.

I say again, if this guy doesn't get it, he's got issues. And I also say again, find a good creative writing class, because you have this gift. Thank you for this piece, too.

because they need to be sometimes. I hope you get the answers you desire. Peace and keep on writing!

Wow, this poem is a work of art. I fucking (excuse the profanity) adore the two couches in the woods...and the subject matter in general as often people need to delude themselves into falling in love because for some reason or other it doesn't come naturally. The paradox is that it never works because love is a vivacious, evolving being, like Language and if you try to contain it, give it parameters then it loses the very aspects that compelled you to it in the first place. :o)

Lovely poem.

This is one of those ones for me, that could possibly bring me to tears. That is a good thing. I can relate to this, so well; it almost hurts to think about it. I loved it, congrats!
