i really like the structure of this. how each stanza begins with a question, then creates a place where the reader wants to read more, feels the need to keep going. very well written. to many poets try to use ┬┤high┬┤vocabulary to show off their skills, and miss the point of what they are writing. i like that you didnt do that. poetry is not meant to be some place to show off, it is supposed to be based off of imagination, feelings, memories, and life.

I find this kind of hurt almost unbearable. You write it incredibly poignantly, but it is still horrible. It's strange how unaffected we are until those we love unconditionally are in danger. At least that's the way for me.
