i can completely relate. last year was one of the hardest of my life seeing those pictures and reading those words i know exactly what you mean and how you feel. trust me I know where you are. you need help. it takes some self-restraint; i know it does; it's hard. but eventually, if you work hard, you can get over it, and be proud of yourself and life gets better, even though its sucks when you're sort of in a withdrawal from cutting.

i only write you a huge paragraph because i've been there and i wouldn't wish it on anybody, ever.

as for the poem it seems as if the character here is experiencing such distress and hopelessness. Strong message conveyed here. Sad to read the rage.
