I liked it too. The conversation is delightful, I'd make a little cheeky, depression is the only expression that's funny when its sarcastic.

I think its pretty solid, but you may wanna break it into stanzas to make it easier to read. I'd go for five to echo the stages of depression. Or 3, no particular reason, but either way It could give you a chance to observe build a stronger structure to the pretty solid material you've got.
