Billy was born to fire and rain.
Thrust upon him was much pain.
It wasn`t what he was wired for.
It got delivered in a flaming downpour.

He started out giggly and sweet.
When too noisy he was beat.
A hand to his throat and a fist to his head.
Oops, he was out in his little bed.

He started to be not on the ball.
His wiring was shorted so he didn`t recall
The pain that was the day before.
He just smiled and seemed to want more.

It continued year by year.
The cost didn`t grow too dear.
When he was bigger and older
The large ones became less bolder.

He learned ways to heal himself.
He never put the others on a shelf.
He learned their ways were from their evil
That came from an inside devil.
