Trapped in Normaility for 24 hours

Trapped in Normaility for 24 hours

Awaken from the night at 7am to a world full of idiots
The bullshit of the day still continuing at 8 and seems it never quits

Another hour at 9 am, no more of this can I take
I head out the door at 10 am I just need a break

Riding around at 11am looking for some clearity
Now at noon my mind is finally free

Grab a bite to eat at 1pm at some dive
Food all gone at 2pm and back at the wheel to drive

Find myself riding on the dirt around three
At 4pm just me the road ahead and scenery

5pm finds me driving and day starting to dissapear into night
By 6pm longing for home is a feeling I cant fight

Now 7pm I am relaxed and feeling a little more sane
8 pm the thoughts of dinner ramble through my brain''

Done with food and and content by nine
10 pm sees me kicked back with a glass of wine

Just me at 11pm glass of wine and the news
Midnight and all alone in this house gives me the blues

Here it is 1am I am finally off to bed
By two the thoughts of a dream fill my head

I am sound asleep at 3 am surely I snore
Continued rest and dreams of her at four

My deepest sleep I reach is about five
Here it is again 6am as I once again start to come alive
