A Question of Comparison

A Question of Comparison

Is there a greater girl a man could gain?
Her beauty rivals that of a childs birth.
Is there any who match her on this earth?
Seeing her in sorrow causes me pain.
Is her love less soothing than the night rain?
Simply seeing her face brings me great mirth.
Please. Tell me, he who sees a womans worth.
Is there another better to obtain?

In asking this question, I have no fear,
For no other can send chills down my spine.
No other woman can bring me such cheer.
She resembles a star with endless shine.
So the answer to me, is now made clear.
No woman in the world compares to mine.
