Wrestling with the subjective of "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night" in my mind a struggle in defiance of mortality and the perceived references that one should do so in response to living a life unfulfilled. Even if my interpretation is flawed should one rage against mortality for what ever reason as it is a battle one can not win. Hence I offer a slightly different take on this process. Please offer your thoughts as they may help right my wayward course. It is, however, I feel My interpretation of the process as inspired by Mr. Thomas.

a smoldering glow begins crackling into hissing smoke eruption -- small -- explodes a flame of life that grows
fueled with chosen care clear and burning bright this flame brings shine providing light of warmth to share with all who venture near
measured value in existence is a product of the burn reflected in the fuel you use consumption contribution life
experience it has to give a vision witnessed benefits each one is fed in kind the flare which radiates so life may live
til passing bright delight through time begins to dim a roaring fire of valor slows embers glow to ashen cradle end
a joyful noise lies quiet energy that sleeps a fertile bed waking filled with food for life where flowers in beauty grow
