A Rag Manikin’s Madness CHALLENGE 8

A Rag Manikin’s Madness CHALLENGE 8

It knew not how to pulse life
Throughout its inner stuffing
It saw customers disgust at it’s display
It not what disgust was. Cause it felt nothing

The Master had sewn him, bare and bones
For a symbol of what the world had transformed
Yet did not take notice of the sadness it wept
It knew not how wretched an existence he had born

The forsaken Manikin tried to cry
But without eyed ducts it could not
The ragged did not belong to this dimension
And a heart so it could express his pain he sought

One day, the maker left his town
And when he came to return
The doll wasn’t in his display
And he smelled the aroma of gunpowder burn

As he went upstairs, he saw his creation
With a Gun by it’s side
It Lunged at the maker, tore out his beating heart
And stuffed it into his new hole
And came alive

The first act of reality it defied
Was it cried.
A dusty and creepy, cry
