Challenge 14 - The twins

Almonds come in plenty,
But I come in two,
Through me, you can see,
And that is a clue!
My heart is black, and sometimes blue,
It is rarely green, and seldom hue,
Where hearts meet, so do I,
I leak at times, but am never dry,
I am in a woman, as I am in a man,
So, come find me - find me if you can.
