Thorazine (Challenge 15) True Story

Thorazine (Challenge 15) True Story

Urine running down the leg
Of his hospital pants,
Not even aware,
He shuffled and stumbled along,
Not knowing where he was going.

Thorazine in his veins,
To “make him feel better”,
I advised him of the urine,
Slowly he looked down,
And in a slurring manner
Said “Oh yeah…”
And fumbled back to his room to change.

Three days later he reappeared,
With fresh pants this time,
But still shuffling and stumbling along,
He sat down beside me.
After a while he turned to me and asked,
“Where am I?”,
I simply replied “Hell, man, hell”.
