Time grasped me in its hold and said I to it, "let me go." but it laughed as it weaved and weaved and weaved tying me with days and weeks, months and years I stuggled, I cried, I gought, I sorrowed, but Time held firm and true. "Let me go!" I demanded "let me free from these chains!" but Time just laughed and weaved on. Time bent down on me crushing my soul beating my hope enslaving my wants my wishes my dreams. Time crippled me it limped my leg it ached my back it stole my sight it weakened my knees. I thought of the days when Time was my friend when I was free to spend and waste to hold to care to want to have but Time brought me back to the present to empty days and empty dreams where Time isn''t a fried but a curse.
