I had a good nights rest,i can smell the fresh sea air streaming through my window
i am up at dawn or there abouts lets go to the ocean, and walk out on the jetty, lets collect seashells and crabs for the fisherman,
lets wade out in the low tide and see how
many muscle shells have washed ashore
its almost daybreak, lets get back to the summer house, anddwindle away the hours
playing cards talking and waiting to return to the cool waves for a dip in theheat of the afternoon, summer at the beach house
dripping wet spread out on a towel to bake in the sun tanned skin sun streaked hair
barefooted and its back to the cottage once again oh such fun, such memories
riding the waves,cookouts,shooting stars
tall tales, and such fun watching my footprints melt into the sand children building sand castles and seaweed all about it must mean i have had summer at the beach house oh such memories.
