Red blood from your lips

Red blood from your lips

Amid the dancing and the dignity
This gruesome playground never seemed fair to me
And if you want the truth about the final hell-ride
Your quiet resolutions never seemed real to me

Propriety and Marvelousness
Red blood from your lips is still wet upon me
And the grounds that I see are so far away from me
Red blood from your lips is still wet upon me
And the wounds from your lips are still open on me

Impaling eyes of the red sun
It all ends here
Before it begun
It all ends here
While the phantoms reign and smile
And our figures intertwine
Into unclear, perplexing forms
To untwine
To signify
Nothing

Purple blood from your sweet lips is still wet upon me
And the grounds that I see are so far away from me
Purple blood from your sweet lips is still wet upon me
Purple wounds from your sweet lips are still open on me
