Well I'm the Mighty Gangster Rapper,
Pleased to meet you sir
My job is making funky records
At a million per
You want to know why I took the time to settle here
I hear oppurtunity, calling loud and clear
You see this foxy young lady
That I happen to know
Is holding private auditions for a special show
I thought I'd get myself together
Get my act in gear
And write the funkiest song
That she'll ever hear
Get a cassette recorder, on a sunny day
Go down to Mill Creek Park,
Make an Audition Tape

That stuff will work alright for gangsters
But I'm Ronnie K
I have to talk to them sweetly
Every night and day
Let her know how much I love her,
How she makes me smile
And ask her would she make me happy
For a little while
I'd just introduce myself
Say hi I'm Ronnie K
And I'd like to present you my audition tape

Well I'm a real live captain in the Army of Jam
Like, I'm the slickest individual
Wherever I am
I'm a cultured individual with loads of grace
Like I'm the coolest man known to the human race
But I guess I'll play along
It kinda looks like fun
You want an audition Tape
OK, I'll give you one
