A Wonderous Place

A Wonderous Place

Walking through the darkness of a lonely place,
I feel the fear of being alone,
My Jacket Collar turned up, to protect myself from my trailing shame,
Im walking miles upon miles in repent of my sins,
As I travel along punishing my thoughts with undying love for you,
A tunnel ahead seems lighter, grey to white shining bright,
I look over my shoulder the darkest black I have ever seen,
My agonies, my hate, my unrest, being left behind,
Its you my love, thats making me battle,
Sometimes my dragging legs heavy with guilt,
Suddenly feel lighter when I see your smile,
When I reach my marker and I have made peace with myself over you,
I shall wait for you my love, my beautiful love,
I will walk into the light,
A place
A wonderous place.
