Shotgun Wedding

He sets, a drinking shotgun shooters
And throws a smile at sweet blonde Miss.
"MAN! Would you look at them hooters!"
She smiles back and blows a kiss.

He shares with her, his wily charms,
That she finds oh so debonair.
He hopes to have her in his arms,
But money's what has set her snare.

He orders one more, "water back!",
She pours his jack with loving care.
Tonight he'll have her in the sack.
With morning's light, a hot affair.

A date now sets their plans to marry,
But time has turned true love to dread.
Her stern demands too much to carry,
... He puts the shotgun to his head.
