We are only a moment, in each others existence
an instant, fashioned all unexpected and cleverly inspiring.
Where animosity and affection render in constant disagree
exposed in the dust of their ruins amity remains bestowing.

We are only a moment, in each others emotion
a second, patterned by integrity and mutual admirations.
Where contemplation reins the veiled passions unsuccessfully
engaging tenderness against the strongest of determinations.

We are only a moment, in each others experience
a briefness, pieced from the quintessence scar remnants.
Where despondency holds contentment for companionship
eluding hesitation for a pithy breath of desired sentiments.

We are, only a moment.
