Your love is my love
When we talk I''m imagining a dove,
flying above our heads as we walk down the aisle.
I''m thinking to myself this could take awhile.
As these tears start to drown my eyes,
I stop and realize this is going to be for eternity, or until one of us dies.
I know I should snap out of it,
but I''m afraid if I do, I''ll fall back on this doggone pit.
That would be tragic to see,
so I pull myself together and look Deandre in the eyes, and fantasize about the life that''ll soon become to be,
Convene !
At last we''re together forever, as we''ve just been announced husband and wife.
I don''t have to dream anymore,
for now those fantasies can come true, as I start my new life !
(Or shall I say we)
