Less Than Human

Less Than Human

the insects feed off her body
as she denies them more
masked by abercrombie
but beneath it she''s a whore

the cows can hear her chewing
inbetween never-ending verbs
so far beyond comprehension
the epitome of absurd

did she never get the message
or would I rather see her drown
lost inside this river
deep enough to hold a sound

but I still taste her soft lips
and I can smell her lovely hair
something there was human
and part of me
will sometimes care

"The day I tried to live, I learned that I was alive."
