She was the southern cross.
She was the diamond-eyed girl.
She was the healing of my heart,
and the melting of my mind.
She was my passionate obsession;
my soul's utter destruction.

Together we extinguished the sun,
and vanquished the moon.
Together we taught the stars how to sparkle,
and showed the earth the meaning of love.
Together we created a new being of pure beauty;
a golden instrument of harmonious perfection.
Together we crushed our skeletons to grey chalk;
we grinded our bones to dusty white powder.

She was the southern cross.
She was the diamond-eyed girl.
She was the healing of my heart,
and the melting of my mind.
She was my passionate obsession;
my soul's utter destruction.
