Is that fire still there,
Burning ever so bright?
As you close your eyes,
And rest your head for the night.

I'm trying to detect a small flame,
Or at least a tiny spark...
Thinking of your beautiful face,
As I call out your name in the dark.

The thought of your smile,
Sends a feeling of joy to my mind...
As I imagine holding you so close,
It's as if your body became one with mine.

Just like a Phoenix rising out from the ashes,
My body turns warm as I'm laid out on this mattress...
There's so much empty space right next to my side,
Another naked body like yours having a place to reside...

Lying under the covers as our bodies touch slowly,
Our hands do the exploring and our eyes look into each others only...
Sliding over every inch of you gently,
You let my fingers do the talking while your sexuality kisses me mentally.

Both of our bodies burning up and hot to the touch,
How can we refrain from this act because we both want it so much...
I'll roll you over on your side because you won't tell me stop,
Or you can take over control and move your body on top.
