That Sweet Taste

That Sweet Taste

The foul aroma of decaying existence
crinkles my nose and waters my eyes as
I taste the sour tang of my putrid life
sitting on my dripping, cringing tongue,
while my mouth screams out in revulsion
to spit out the offending pungent filth!
Then comes that rich, fragrant savor of
her breath to freshen my flared nostrils,
and the sweet confection of her moist
honeyed lips to please my tongue while
satiating my hungry mouth like ambrosia
from the gods, and with a candy never
tasted by any Earthbound mortal man.
