With You (Part One)

And so I said to her:
"Look for me in the cold winter sky,
when the delicate snowflakes
are swirling about in the crisp,
icy air as your breath fogs and
steams in white smoky plumes,
while the steel-grey clouds shake
down a fluffy cascade of crystal
magic; look into the air for there
I'll be, dancing among the snowflakes
and smiling at you through the bare
tree branches and the white drifts,
in the midst of your coldest days
and your darkest, loneliest nights."
