My best friend

My best friend

Loving you has always come easy,
And I know you will think this will sound cheesy.

I want to be with you until the very end,
Always and forever my best friend.

I feel so warm and humble when I'm in your presence,
I would want to be with you even if we were peasants.

The love and compassion you show each and everyday,
Is the norm for you, you know no other way.

Such a beautiful woman with that twinkle in your eye,
When I'm around you I feel like I'm on a cloud in the sky.

Attention from others occurs all the time,
I'm happy and content you will always be mine.

I love you with all my heart and always will,
This is my way of letting my love for you spill.

If you lost me tomorrow remember this one thing,
Me standing on the roof tops trying to sing.

I love you Fernanda please never forget,
The very first time we ever met.

Being married to you is such a pleasure,
My love for you goes without measure.

You have my heart till the end of my days,
I still get goosebumps when our wedding song plays.

If I ain't got you, then what is life worth,
I'd be better off 6ft under the turf.

For better for worse, for richer and for poorer,
I can't think of any other way to show that I adore ya!
