Still Enchanted...

Still Enchanted...

I've never encountered the moonlight this way;
so full in your eyes that it burns through the fog
like a beacon that draws from the abyss of my soul
this passion that satisfies and yet recreates my want.
"What an unexpected encounter," I think to myself.

My heart aches in agony as your presence walks past,
And I find myself walking alone, but still enchanted.
