Blind Moon

Blind Moon

A broken heart, a blackened eye,
darkness shrouds the sky,
when seven times a bad decision,
increased our phantom vision.
A risen moon reflects the sight,
on a humid, sleepless night,
when sadness, loneliness, and desolation,
implies love deprivation.
A final farewell, a very last,
in the shadows of our past,
cause jealousy bends the light we burn,
'til love gives no return.
