Patiently
heaven sent
letters to the sun
beyond the atmosphere they burned
they curled black not knowing which way was up
amazingly
you stand there
your ears breathing in the ash
the passion of my words now fragile
what happens if you now grasp the ink
the inkling
you eclipsed with silence
the fragments compressed into a big bang
I reflect you like a moon your apology like a fizzle
what on earth has happened, what planet are we each now on?

nobodty perfect lives
