I Haven't

I Haven't

I haven't seen you frown so much,
and draw back from my touch.
If butterflies refuse to scatter,
then baby, what's the matter?

I haven't kissed your cherry lips;
you hurt me with your quips.
If my mood turns any sadder;
I must descend the ladder.

I haven't felt your pounding heart;
and it's tearing me apart.
If love can't heal our open tatter;
I'll perish from the latter.
