My love will never die. Unlike you. Why did you make me feel this way?

A chorus of voices
screaming for relief
relief from the pain
we feel
every waking moment
of our lives
as humans
mere mortals
on the epic tapestry
of life we see
every day and every hour
If we scream
and roar
and groan
and protest
and moan
just loud enough
maybe everyone will hear us
but we know
deep down
that even if they do
they'll turn a deaf ear
to our pleas
for savour
and relief
because in the run of things
all we are is nothing
just existing
without existing
thats all we can ever hope to do.

That is what you did to me.
