The coldest day in Georgia

The coldest day in Georgia

If I could shape my love
to the form of a snowflake
there'd be a blizzard in Georgia.
That's how much snow it would take.

If I could infuse my longing
into a drop of warm summer rain
then the storm's thunder would sound so
the whole world would know my pain.

If I could seal the strongest passion
in the softest loving kiss,
then I could cover your whole body with these.
You still would not know the extent of this

So on the loniest day in Georgia,
should both snow and warm rain kiss your skin,
know my love is sent from afar
to remind you now and again.
