Loves Sweet Agony

Loves Sweet Agony

I watch thee whilst thou's eyes did pierce through me.
As my hidden love does cut up my soul.
For mine heart would stop, my breath cease for thee.
If thou would place a kiss, and fill this hole.
This hole, which loves sweet agony, did carve.
And life's meaning escapes in those soft eyes.
Thou left my hopes to rot, my love to starve.
My completion stale, but inside it cries.
And this empty abyss does choke me dead.
But alas this anguish is worth thou's love.
And your glance does show what should have been said.
Please, look past those roses red, look above.
Past those false feelings of others to me.
Save me my love, from loves sweet agony.
