Tell me what makes you silent
why you hide your pain
Oh, your silence is my agony
That jolts my restful mind
O, Dear! Bring a smile on your face
and lend words to your emotions
Wipe off those gloomy tears
that sketches paleness on your cheeks
Let not your heart tremble
by the verities of passing life
Let sincere prayers, like a succor,
enliven your bosom
Be humble, plead unto the Lord
for the joys sweetest.
