Sisters Love

Sisters Love

There’s nothing like a sister
to keep ones spirit high
you’ll never disappoint me,
we talk of days gone by.

You jump in to defend me
the first to build me up,
your love is always present
you fill a half full cup.

In times of need you offer
encouragement three-fold,
the secrets held between us
are secrets never told.

And when a celebration
is shared between us two,
both smile and cheer together
share things we want to do.

I’m proud to call you sister
I thank the Lord above
for giving us each other
to share in ‘Sisters Love.’
