The pinkish roses bloomed once more
Under the cosy crystal bell
And breathe in silence through each pore
That opens from their shell

The sun is burning through the glass
But rays feel milder from inside
As feels the gaze of men that pass
With curious eyes beside

The seconds collapse one by one
In the warm air of growth and care
What burns the petals more...The sun?
The stare?
