i se and i watch the roses die,
a petal falls off for every lie.
lies that im told everyday,
lies telling myself it'll all be O.K.

the roses were vibrant, beautiful and red,
what a shame, now their brown and dead.
i watchas the petals fall to the ground
they hit the floor without a sound.

i change the water and open the window,
but its dark outside, nothing but a shadow.
i walk over and set on my bed,
i stare at my roses, that are now dead.

i lie down and close my eyes.
my roses died because of his lies.
lies that im told everyday,
lies telling myself that we will be O.K.

the roses represent the realationship the couple had. everytime he lies, there love dies a little more.
