"Lady of the Evening"
-Mr. Simmons-
Tip toeing down the stairs, shoes in hand she carries two pair, she creeps out the front door gently closing it behind her, she's safely out, and with a low whisper she shouts, I await as she steps off the porch and runs to my arms, holding me and kissing me staring in my eyes with a look as if she knows I'll never cause her harm, we ride off into the night to a secluded place, It's just me, her, the stars and a candlelit picnic, a evening made for lovers, after we eat, we talk the night away under covers, I awake alone in the privacy of my home, thinking to myself what's going on, a dream, no I'm not beliveing, it had to be true Kim had to be my lady of the evening.....
