Death come sooner, not later.

Death come sooner, not later.

Death come sooner, not later.
Please do not procrastinate.
In all my parts: done for and spent,
I am ready to leave this hollow frame.

Death come sooner, not later
Please do not delay.
In all my parts: the grief and the wretchedness,
I am ready to leave this hollow frame.

Death come sooner, not later.
Please do not shy away.
In all my parts, I will kindly explain:
out in the great beyond, somebody is waiting for me:
my phantasmal companion,
tortured and homeless.
He has grown weary of his newfound inferno.
I feel his infinite sorrow from within my own ruptured heart,
and that is why I am ready to leave this hollow frame.

Death come sooner, not later.
Please do not abandon me.
Spread like wildfire, over this incurable pain,
and free me from this eternal malaise.
In all my parts: I have lived and I have learned,
and now I am ready to leave this hollow frame.

Death come sooner, not later,
for there is somebody waiting for me, in the great unknown:
someone who loves me, even in the lingering silence.
In all my parts, I have died long ago,
and I am now ready to hand over this debilitated frame.
