A Life Of A Mistress

A Life Of A Mistress

The lights begin to fade,
As the sky turns grey.
You are finding it hard to say my name,
Thinking of me makes you only shamed.
Didnt think it would all end,
I thought I would still be your friend.
But as you slowly turn & walk away
Saying it's too late for you to stay
And your new found love seems awake
It's my heart that breaks,
Each piece you take,
I can barely stand to stare
With all the pain I bear.
My mind is slowly going insane.
It was all just a game
Just the two of us played
In end, you left with everything you gained.
Here I am, trying to ease the pain.
