Walk in the Park

Walk in the Park

A walk in the park
Is quite doleful
When you walk alone

There is no one
To tug your hand
When she hears the
Faint song of the
Mother hummingbird

Sipping honey suckle
Nectar is mearly
Memory confirmation

Laying in the grass
Is just an itchy pass time
Rather than comfortable
Seating for two at
A fair weather cloud ballet

No one is there
To molest my intellect

There is no way
To marinate my day
In her laughter
