My Heart, My Soul, My Spirit

My Heart, My Soul, My Spirit

You flow like a river running gently, and softly winding through my blood,
calming me, and filling me with the soothing feeling of your peaceful love.
And as your fingers trace my skin with a dove’s feathery gentle touch.
I imagine us woven together forever in that moment of bliss.
You speak my name with the tenderness of a sweet, soft violin,
and in your eyes, I can see all the colors of the earth and sea and sky.
So brilliant and beautiful I am left in silence,
I am left in awe.
Oh Andra, what you do to me;
my heart,
my soul,
my spirit,
you fill me with love,
like no other ever could,
and as I stand before you with my love open and vulnerable,
you take me in,
and I am bound to you as one,
in heart,
in soul,
in spirit,
for eternity.
