Pink and Black ribbons lace up her ankle
Just like a tightly wrapped gift given to two people-
who deserve it the most.
Outer soles of the heel and toe shape a perfect pointed shape,
A shape envied by all dancers, perfection envied by all couples
who hope they don''t break.
This-
ideally is not given to most.

The small pocket the foot makes to some perfection it lacks
But as the dancer works, sweats, practices, and performs perfections
Become reachable
Become touchable
Become the reality!

Love- doesn''t want to be mistaken with that of reality

some stumble upon it and live for it- live it till it causes fatality

Dance- doesn''t want to be mistaken with those that are untouchable

Some leap into it and work at it- work at it until they perfect it

But why do I correlate the two-
or atleast try-
for Not everyone dances, but we all do something to we can make perfect

We all try love and hope to find the perfect pink and black ribbon.
