The Occasion

The Occasion

Pale blue light fills the room,
the scent of patchouli oil
drifts amidst
the sweet summer breeze,
the lace curtained windows.
A soft violin plays
somewhere off in the distance,
and to it’s sweet music
we dance a slow dance,
that seems to never end.
Nothing else exists
but this moment,
and we arise,
to the
of the occasion.
