ART OF HEARTBREAK

ART OF HEARTBREAK

When the tears drop,
When the skin runs dry
The saliva seem so bitter
The throat swells,
And butterflies fill the full stomach.

It hurts so shoddily
And my world falls apart,
Hours seem like ages,
My nights are so dark and grave
Days look very limited.

I get traumatized,
And its hard to believe
That you cant find anymore room in me
Then you decide to abscond
Without saying good bye

I reflect with dejection,
Waiting for my heart to detonate
Mystifying pain takes over my nerves,
And its thorny to contain the feelings,
Of the art of a heartbreak.

In the darkness I cry alone,
Amongst friends I smile,
And this just keeps on breaking me,
In your eyes I can evidently witness
The pieces of my broken heart

Its sad to realize
My tears become invisible
My voice can not be heard,
And you can not understand me,
So I am worthless to you.
