How Will I Capture

How Will I Capture

How will I capture
The stars and the prisms
Released in their dynamics
As glimmers of radiance
Add music to darkness surrounding
To hold them secure
For us as our own

What echoes will we hear
As the sun kisses the sky
With each mornings breathe
That blooms in the meadows
And breezes of melodies
Dawn from flickers and winks
Of a butterfly’s’ grace
Mixing with heart-sounds
Of you by my side

What shadows turned bright
Will our eyes cast upon
As the moon in crescent
Yawns to full circle
While our footsteps illuminate
Neath canopies of leaves
Casting emerald shadows
As we dance in the night

What touches will compare
Amidst our embracing travels
As our exhales fill the wind
To quiet the clamoring
As cascades of snowflakes
Whisper their demise
Upon springtime blades of grass
Mixing with murmurs and hues
As we muddy our toes
In the rain-puddles of April

What more brilliance, what force
Can a heart truly possess
In energy and strength
That states more than thoughts
And stately wordings cannot express
And poetic formations
Have a pothering effect
In my reflections of love
With all that is real
