For You

For You

Oh, I have sailed the seas of time,
to find you my love and intertwine,
I have grown alone into being a man,
this flesh is not what you think I am.
Come my darling hold my hand,
Let us fly together to our eternal land...

I have searched for you an eternity
and your waves of laughter crash so gently,
the warmth of your soul calling me.
I can''t seem to get you out of my head,
Even though this heart lay once dead
from the solitude, of its lonely tread......

I heard your voice and I knew it was you
who made me happy and feel so true.
I feel I''m a part of the earth again,
and now I know why I bled my pen,
for you my love,
for you a black leaved crimson rose...
