As a child in my room

In my room everyday. All i could do is get on my knees and begin to pray. Mon at work and my dad gone. That left me in my room all alone.Never could go out and play.So when i did i had nothing to say.People made fun of me all the time;because i couldnt talk all i could do is wine.Mon came home and she would cook and clean.Dad came home and he was so mean.In my room is where i would be.Until my dad came in so he could beat me.Then i would go back in my room to go to sleep;but i knew that the next day there would be a repeat. All i had in the end was love from my teachers and love from my true friends. In my room is where i would be. Until someone come and free me.by Devalin MARQUIT Kirksey
