A love

Luck hides in your hands, and you can''t even feel it, even when you''re throwing it in their faces, expressions conceal it.
Forget what they have, forget their straight and narrow path. Where’s the fun in a life without a laugh?
Just a bit of perspective; a clearing would do. A gap in the mist with a map poking through.
And a sign to say beware, this one isn’t for keeps, you say that it’s you he dreams of as he sleeps.
Well I hate to say it; he''s back to his old ways. He’s losing track of girls like he''s lost in a maze.
And you stumble on, as blind as a shadow. Are you safe because you don’t know?
The fool may be fooled, but his price gets paid. He doesn’t even realise he’s wasting his days
People get trapped by emotion, everyday life and choice. An adulterous man only hears his voice.
Life is strange, it’s unfair and it’s giving. Twists, turns, surprises all go hand in hand with living.
There’s cruelty and hope and untouchable powers; a butterfly only gets twenty four hours.
In reality, you’ve failed, and you’ve just begun to succeed. You know what you’ve done and you know what you need.
Tomorrow will bring failure... mark my words, all cos you threw a stone, trying to kill two birds.
The next day you’ll discover love; a love so whole and complete. You’ll explode inside... run out into a street
And shout listen, I am I, so when you say you are not you, I’ll say I know, I am I
Because ultimately, it''s time that runs in and out of the gaps in your life, but its love that fills them.
But love is sometimes a desired mirage. Just a charade. And so its not love, it’s a facade.
And if snakes and ladders can co-exist, why can’t you even blow me a kiss? Every time you try it turns into a fist.
Who are you?

Poisoned... and now your blood runs black.
