As I smile memories compile
The first time we met stormy eyes I couldn’t forget
Floating down the river hungry with love
Running on the rocky riverbed just so you could steal my heart ahead
I wish I could show you how I feel, how I can never resist your appeal
If it’s the world you fear I’ll appear, I’ll be there that I can swear
And as you mold into my heart I realize this is just the start
I smile knowing that this love will last awhile for you’re the reason life is worthwhile
In my heart I wish for you to stay, I try hard to convey in my own best way
